Saint Julie will be smiling at her daughters for the establishment of a New Community in Enugu State. It is with great joy that the Province gives birth to another Community. Mgbowo Community as it called is situated in Agwu diocese, where the Sisters is running a Nursery/Primary School. They own and manage school.

They are grateful to God for using them to spread God’s goodness in the life of the people of Mgbowo. The Province expressed their thankfulness to the Congregation, the Nobertines, their benefactors and benefactresses who have contributed to the establishment of the school and the Community.

In commemorating May 13, the Beatification of St. Julie Billiart, foundress of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, the sisters rolled out their drums in different parts of the country in joyful celebrations. It’s a beautiful day! Enugu Zone celebrates St. Julie’s Feast Day and appreciates teachers for all their contributions in forming children. Happy Feast Day to us Sisters!
